Hsinchu, Taiwan: SpringSoft, a supplier of specialised integratedcircuit design software, completed its acquisition of Certess, creators of the Certitude Functional Qualification solution. With the acquisition, SpringSoft purchases all outstanding shares of Certess. The transaction has received the necessary shareholder and regulatory approvals.
The acquisition will add approximately 20 people to the SpringSoft team, primarily in France and the United States.
