ON Semiconductor has acquired Analog Devices Inc.'s (ADI) CPU voltage regulation and PC thermal monitoring business. The deal, which was announced last November, was valued at about $184 million and included the acquired assets, intellectual property related to the product lines, and a one-year manufacturing supply agreement with ON Semiconductor.
