IMEC nano-electronics research center and its analog/mixed-signal design spinoff, ANSEM, now collaborate to offer customized radio ICs for wireless communication applications. The joint offering targets companies that want to integrate IMEC’s unique research results while outsourcing the design and custom development of their communication ICs. The technology available includes IMEC's first generation radios, reconfigurable transceivers that can be tuned to operate with all present and future cellular, WLAN, WPAN, broadcast, and positioning standards.
