Addressing the growing threat of counterfeit and substandard semiconductors entering global markets, the Semiconductor Industry Association (SIA) and Rochester Electronics have teamed up to develop a comprehensive, worldwide directory of companies that are authorized by original semiconductor manufacturers to distribute their products. These authorized and listed distributors can guarantee the traceability and authenticity of components, eliminating the potential risk of purchasing counterfeit or substandard parts. The directory provides two worldwide search tool options for finding authorized distributors: search by manufacturer or by part number. To access the Electronics Authorized Directory, go to www.authorizeddirectory.com.
