The 4th edition of CWIEME (Coil Winding, Insulations and Electrical Manufacturing Exhibition) will take place from 8 - 10 October 2013 at the DE Stephens Convention Center in Chicago, USA. With additional investment in content and targeted marketing and a focus on further increasing the international presence at the event, organizers are confident of delivering the biggest event to date and an enhanced experience for both exhibitors and visitors.

Part of the global CWIEME series, which includes events in the crucial manufacturing markets of Germany, India, China and the USA, CWIEME Chicago has become the largest and most successful exhibition of its type in North America, welcoming leading exhibitors across 18,000 sq. ft. of space.  Exhibitors for 2013 already include TE Connectivity, Inarca, Ramco Electric Motors and Encap Technologies to name but a few.

Aimed specifically at the electromagnetic, insulation materials, coil, electric motor and transformer manufacturing and repair industries, the show attracts a very focused and specialized audience.  It provides exhibitors with a unique opportunity to meet buyers from across the region and brings together key decision makers from the automotive, energy and consumer electronics sectors.

In a move to attract additional high quality visitors, an enhanced Inductive conference program with top level speakers from leading academic institutions and those at the cutting edge of electrical manufacturing will run alongside the exhibition. Designed to deliver unparalleled insights into industry trends, procurement and sourcing challenges, this program is an essential part of the CWIEME experience.  It will incorporate thought leadership and expertise from the wider market, focusing on supply and demand factors as well as economic influences and policies that are impacting businesses and strategy.  A New Products and Technical Showcase area on the exhibition floor will also offer exhibitors a chance to take center stage and demonstrate their products in 30 minute presentations to an audience of potential customers, adding value to both exhibitor and visitor participation.

Ramin Rouhani, VP Sales, North America comments, "The 2013 edition of CWIEME Chicago marks the beginning of a new era for the show.  It will benefit greatly from the synergy in being part of the leading series of CWIEME events and the access to new global markets that this will bring.  This, combined with our investment in content and targeted marketing campaigns, will raise awareness of CWIEME Chicago and draw in a wider audience, which will benefit the development of the event going forward." www.coilwindingexpo.com/chicago CWIEME was established in Berlin, Germany in 1996 and rapidly grew to become the world's largest international exhibition for its industry.  The portfolio now comprises CWIEME Berlin, CWIEME Chicago, CWIEME Bangalore and CWIEME China. It was acquired by i2i Events Group in September 2012.
