Fortunately, some new products are available to help protect expensive photovoltaic installations by deterring rodent chewing.
For example, Roundit 2000 from Federal Mogul is a unique cable wrap designed to deter rodents. With its self-wrapping design, it is fast and easy to apply and also features impressive cut through and abrasion resistance. With operating temperatures ranging from -70° to 124° C, the product is UL recognized and available in sizes from 3/16 to 1.5 in.
