Thermal Analyzer Adds New Features

In its latest update, Flotherm Version 3.1 thermal analysis software has added new features such as an Explorer-style browser for increased ease of use and new solver technology to increase speed. The MCAD interface has also been enhanced with a part chooser (SmartParts) for IC packages and heat sinks and a CommandCenter module for parametric studies and distributed processing.
The application runs on Windows NT/2000, HP, SUN, and SGI platforms. Annual licences start at $19,500.
