Assemblies Meld Ribbon Cables With Various Interconnects

March 1, 1999

Fabricated to user requirements, these connector-cable assemblies consist of flat ribbon cables terminated with a variety of high density sockets and transition connectors. Assemblies are available using 0.050" pitch flat ribbon cables terminated with 10 to 64 position sockets, D-subminiature connectors, card-edge types, and more. Cable with 1-mm pitch can be terminated with 2-mm sockets or 2-row IDC transition connectors. And high density assemblies with 0.025" cable can be fabricated with firm's 1.27-mm IDC socket or transition connectors.
