Jacks And Plugs Handle DC Power

The size range of these new dc power jacks and plugs are available in PC, panel, chassis or cable mount styles, with center pin sizes of 0.65, 1, 1.3, 1.65, 2, 2.35, 2.5, 3.3 or 4.3 mm. OEMs can specify closed and open frame units and nickel- or silver-plated internal components. Surface-mount dc power jacks are available with center pin sizes of 1, 1.3, 2, and 2.5 mm. The dc power plugs are barrel type and are available in straight or right-angle versions. Sizes range from 0.7 x 2.35 mm to 4.3 x 6.5 mm. The reverse plug configuration (i.e., in-line dc power jack) come in PC- or chassis-mount (some sizes) styles. The plugs are available for assembly or molding, or as pre-molded cable assemblies configured to customer specifications.
