Gate Array Family Now Offers Level B Military Sourcing

The company's Level B gate array family features array sizes from 3400 to 600,000 usable gates and is ISO 9001- and QML Class Q-compliant. Arrays with up to 200,000 gates are available immediately with 600,000-gate devices available during the fourth quarter. The arrays offer clock rates up to 400 MHz and operating voltages of 5V and 3.3V. They also feature JTAG (IEEE 1149.1) boundary-scan registers built into I/O and low-noise, high-pin-count packaging technology for dense, high-speed circuits.The Level B family of arrays includes a robust cell library with over 170 options, including SSI, MSI and 54xx equivalent functions. There's also configurable RAM, MIL-STD-1553 functions, microcontrollers, and others.
