Deskew ICs Are Designed For ATE Applications

Oct. 1, 1998

The VSC6280, VSC6281 and VSC6282 fully digital deskew ICs can adjust the delay of eight signals independently over a range of 6 ns with 6 ps resolution for signals up to 125 MHz. The devices compensate for patch length differences in shared-resource ATE systems, adjusting pulse width distortion of rising and falling edges caused by pin electronics in ATE systems. They can also improve accuracy of datacommunications systems, computer systems, and telecommunications central office equipment.
