Power Supplies Target Burn-In Mart

July 1, 2002

A new line of variable-switching regulated dc power supplies includes eight models in 2 kW and 4 kW versions created for the burn-in/life testing and bulk power markets. The PAM series of large-capacity, variable-switching dc power supplies features external analog functions, analog read-back functions, a three-point memory function that allows users to pre-store output settings (voltage and current), a lock-out feature for manufacturing use and master-slave parallel operation. To meet the changing needs of margin testing, the PAM Series provides a rated output voltage range of 40V, 80V, 160V and 320V. This allows the series to handle tests at 150% of 24V (36V) or at 150% of 48V (72V) with capacity to spare. Also, the PAM Series power supplies offer a factory-option twisted-pair TP-BUS digital communications function. Pricing ranges from $4,284 to $5,141 for the PAM Series 2 kW models and from $7,236 to $7,616 for the 4 kW models. IFR, Wichita, KA. (800) 835-2352
