Diecast Aluminum Enclosures Seal Out Water And RFI/EMI

Sept. 1, 1998

Touted as one of the most effective RFI/EMI shielding solutions on the market, the Conform series of shielded, watertight diecast aluminum enclosures features shielding provided by a metal-to-metal tongue and groove contact between the lid and the box, eliminating the need for a special conductive gasket or screen. This joining system provides inherently enhanced shielding by eliminating the problems associated with conductive gasket designs, it's claimed.
