Analog Switches Draw Lowest Power In Battery-Operated Apps

Feb. 1, 1999

Designed to control analog signals with maximum accuracy, the DG333A quad single-pole, double-throw analog switch minimizes measurement errors in test equipment, portable instruments, and communications systems with a low on-resistance of 17 ohms typically, typical leakage of 20 pA, and typical charge injection of 1 pC. These devices are drop-in replacements for the MAX333A and ADG333A. The DG333AL device is aimed at low-power, battery-operated applications.
