An all-location agreement has been reached between All American Semiconductor Inc., Miami, FL, a leading national distributor of semiconductors and electronic components, and V3 Semiconductor Inc., Santa Clara, CA, a manufacturer of ICs for the embedded systems market. V3's bridge controllers, memory and system controllers are among the products that will be marketed by All American, supporting such growth areas as networking and high-speed PCI bus applications.
