Using a control-voltage range of 0.1 to 16 V, the CVCO55CC-3318-3467 voltage-controlled oscillator operates from 3318 MHz to 3467 MHz. The unit features a typical phase noise of ?106 dBc/Hz at a 10-kHz offset and has excellent linearity. Output power is typically 5 dBm. The VCO comes in the industry-standard 0.5- by 0.5-in. SMD package. Input voltage is 8 V, with a maximum current consumption of 35 mA. Pulling and pushing are minimized to 3.0 MHz and 0.5 MHz, respectively. Second harmonic suppression is ?20 dBc, typical. The CVCO55CC-3318-3467 is well-suited for applications such as digital radio equipment, fixed wireless access, satellite communication systems, and base stations. CRYSTEK CORP., Fort Myers, FL.
