Interfacing Elastomer Conducts Heat

Nov. 1, 1999

Conforming readily to irregular surface protrusions and depressions for maximum surface contact and thermal transfer to heatsinks, thermal bridges and chassis members, Van-Therm is said to be a highly efficient heat conducting interface material intended for applications in electronic, electrical and electromechanical assemblies. The elastomeric material is available in strips, sheets and die-cuts for standard and custom geometries.
