Atlanta, GA-The potential for developing zinc-air technology for commercial applications has been enhanced by way of a technology licenses and services agreement between AER Energy Resources, Inc. and Duracell Inc. Under terms of the agreement, AER Energy is licensing its zinc-air related battery technology to Duracell, which is funding certain product development projects with AER Energy Resources. Duracell will also license the rights to AER's currently existing patents and will own technology developed under the projects it funds with AER Energy Resources. Duracell also has the option to obtain certain license rights.
