Multiplexers Reduce On-Resistance Below 1_

Dec. 1, 2002

Housed in tiny SOT-23 packages, the PI5AxxxxT family of analog multiplexers and switches feature an on-resistance on the order of less than 1? and near zero distortion. Offered in SPDT and SPST configurations, the devices operate from power supply voltages ranging from 1.8V to 5V with a current consumption of 1 µA. On-resistance is about 0.7? with a 5V supply, or 1.4? with a 3V supply, and resistance flatness is specified as 0.05_. Other features include an off isolation of -57dB at 1MHz and a crosstalk figure of -57dB at 1MHz. Depending on the device, prices range from $0.42 to $0.52 each/5K with a delivery time of two to three weeks ARO. For further information, contact PERICOM SEMICONDUCTOR CORP., San Jose, CA.
