Making access to electronics easier, Redi-Rail drawer slides use lightweight 6061-T6 aluminum rails are said to provide rigidity and strength at a lower cost than conventional steel slides. The raceways are a hardened steel shaft pressed into the assembly to provide an excellent bearing surface. Adjustable rolling element bearings provide the ability to match preloads to the amount of precision required. Redi-Rail drawer slides come in sizes of 60 x 29 mm up to the heavy-duty size of 130 x 43 mm. Load capacities are 80 to 875 lb. Standard sizes include stroke lengths from 500 to 1250 mm.
