Software Performs Process Control & Monitoring

Oct. 1, 1999

Access to process monitoring and control and information technology systems is provided with Expeditions 4NT. The features-packed Human Machine Interface (HMI) development and run-time system is engineered to provide a powerful, yet affordable, method of interfacing I/O control strategies. Acting as both a secure container for ActiveX controls and a fully functional OLE for process control foundation client, the software allows systems developers to create highly customized operator interfaces that include live data from virtually any process element. Designed to compliment the firm's OPC Server or any other OPC-compliant server, the software fully supports both Visual Basic and Java Scripting for tag data manipulation. The program also hosts an array of easy to use edit-mode features.
