The KH600 differential I/O amplifier is claimed to be the first such amplifier to combine differential I/O and over 9Vpp of output capability with a bandwidth of dc to 1 GHz. The inputs and outputs are 100 ohms differential and 50 ohms single-ended. Other features include a fixed gain of 14 dB, slew rate of 13 kV/µs, and a 45-mA output current. Applications for the device include ATE systems, differential buffer, and as a line driver.
