Alpha Industries Taps Insight For North & South America

Alpha Industries, Woburn, MA, has appointed Insight Electronics as its distributor in North and South America. Alpha, a manufacturer of RF and microwave products, will ask Insight to stock a broad range of components including plastic packaged discrete semiconductors and RF GaAs ICs used in wireless applications from cellular handsets to base stations, CATV and PCs. Insight brings 13 years of distribution experience to the table. The company offers Alpha's customers access to its products from 52 offices throughout the Americas.
