Newport Components Expands Distribution Network In South America With Graftec Electronics Sales

Providing local support for its global customers, many of whom operate design and production facilities in South America, have led dc-to-dc converter specialist Newport Components, Raleigh, NC, to expand its distribution network with the appointment of Graftec Electronic Sales, Boca Raton, FL. Under terms of the agreement, Graftec will offer the complete Newport Components' product line, including miniature and surface-mount sub-5W devices, as well as what's claimed as the world's smallest 15W and 25W converters, along with an extensive range of leaded and surface-mount inductors and transformers. Graftec also operates a technical sales center in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
