Fujitsu Compound Semiconductor Announces First GaAs Products Rep

Fujitsu Compound Semiconductor Inc. has announced a stocking and resale agreement with Component Distributors Inc., a leading distributor of high-technology electronic components, to sell the Fujitsu microwave and laser system products with a special focus on serving smaller system houses and new startups.Fujitsu's products include microwave and millimeter-wave RF devices for cellular, handset, broadcast and satellite communications; lasers and photo detector devices for the latest photonic communications systems; and ultra high-speed logic for high-performance supercomputers and workstations.
