CompactFlash Card Offers 48-MB Capacity

Providing high-capacity flash in a small form factor, this 48-MB card uses a 64Mb flash device using AND architecture. The 3.3V/5V card features fast read and write speeds at up to 1.3 MB/s and 400 kB/s, respectively. The AND architecture is characterized by fast program erase/write operations, high density, high speed, and low power dissipation. Applications are in telecommunications, data communications, industrial applications, computers, digital cameras, voice recorders, cellular telephones, and more.
