SELF-CLINCHING FASTENERS-This updated, six-page product bulletin includes application data, specs, and performance information on firm's concealed-head, self-clinching studs and standoffs for permanent mounting in steel or aluminum sheets as thin as 1.6 mm. These self-clinching studs and standoffs are available in a range of unified and metric thread sizes and lengths. Sheet preparation requires only a milled blind hole to the recommended minimum depth. Installation is simple using a hollow punch and solid anvil. Upon installation, the fastener head is locked securely in a blind, milled hole and is said to be able to handle substantial loads.
