SOT-363 Amps Target Buffer And Driver Tasks

Targeting buffer and driver applications in the 900-, 1900- and 2400-MHz wireless communications markets, the INA-34063 silicon monolithic amplifiers come in the ultra-small 6-pin SOT-363 package. This device features 21 dB gain, 8 dBm power output at 1 dB gain compression, and -32 dB isolation. This voltage-biased device has all bias regulation circuits integrated into the RF IC. It also features a two-stage internal network to provide a broadband gain and 50 ohm input and output impedance.
