Well-suited for rugged industrial applications, Model 1250 ac limit-style proximity switch has a block-style sensor encased in a fire-retardant ABS polycarbonate blend housing that can withstand tough assignments. End, left or right sensing area provides application flexibility. The unit has 20 to 250 vac/dc universal input and a two-wire connection for easy installation. Housing material and sensor placement within the housing provide a maximum sensing distance of 12.7 mm for targets of 40 mm x 40 mm mild steel. Switching frequency is 166 Hz maximum. Options include N.O. or N.C. output and internal terminal block or factory installed connector.
