Shunts Can Handle High Power Levels

Aug. 1, 1999

Based on a non-inductive design, Hi-Per current sense resistors can dissipate up to 400W, with specials rated up to 1 kW. The shunts’ heatsink-mountable design with an exposed insulated copper base help enable the devices to withstand up to 5k vdc. The compact shunts span a resistance range of 0.0001 ohms to 0.1 ohms.
