Impedance Analyzers Span 40-Hz To 110 MHz Range

Expanding HP’s family of RF impedance analyzers, HP 4294A precision impedance analyzer covers 40 Hz to 110 MHz, which complements firm’s HP 4291B RF impedance analyzer at 1 MHz to 1.8 GHz. When combined with the HP 42942A four terminal pair to APC-7 terminal adapter, the HP 4294A can use 7 mm RF test fixtures. Also, the instrument can achieve high-accuracy grounded device characterization when used with the HP 42942A terminal adapter or the HP 42941A impedance probe kit.
