Bus Switch IC Family Adds 1- And 2-Bit Devices

Feb. 1, 2000

Flexible placement and smaller design layouts are promised to users of chips recently added to the firm's line of bus switches. The new 1- and 2-bit devices are offered in a 5-pin USV package measuring just 2.0 x 2.1 x 0.9 mm and an 8-pin US8 package measuring 2.0 x 3.1 x 0.8 mm. The TC7SB and TC7WB devices are offered in versions with and without a built-in diode. The built-in diode allows 5V to 3.3V translation in mixed-voltage system applications.
