Power Supply Test System Challenges ATE

June 1, 2000

Claiming significant productivity improvements over traditional ATE, the Intepro 9000 power supply test system uses a new test methodology to perform comprehensive testing of ac/dc and dc/ac converters. The new methodology eliminates the duplication of measurements and the need for fixed time delays waiting for the power supply to settle.
A single multi-function measurement module performs all the necessary measurement functions including ripple/noise, transients, dc/ac voltage, resistance, and timing. Other modules include scanners, sources and relays. A range of programmable dc loads are also available.
