Torque Transducer Uses Wireless Digital Telemetry

Dec. 1, 2000

The TORKDISC low-profile, high-stiffness rotary torque transducer uses strain-gauge sensing technology and wireless digital telemetry to transmit measured signals to a receiver. Features include a compact design, low weight, low rotating inertia, RF interference immunity, and low sensitivity to axial thrust and bending moments, The transducer is available in two configurations and a choice of capacities from 10 in-lb to 100, in-lb, full scale.
