PMC Interface Supports MIL-STD Protocols

Designed for mission-critical systems and severe environment applications, the P1553 tri-channel, dual-redundant PMC interface supports MIL-STD 1553A, MIL-STD 1553B Notice 2, and STANAG 3838 protocols. The interface provides all I/O connections through the backplane and supports both transformer- and direct-coupled interfaces. Three operational modes are supported, bus controller (BC), remote terminal (RT), or bus monitor (BM). Features include 128 KB of dual-port RAM per channel, a 32-KB EEPROM, and an operating temperature range of -55°C to 85°C. Pricing starts at $3,590 with a delivery time of 120 days ARO.
