Brushless DC Fan Enjoys Extended Life

May 1, 2001

With a life expectancy of 100,000 hours, the MDE Series axial flow brushless dc fans provide increased reliability with a low speed and/or zero speed alarm signal. Measuring just 4.69"2 x 1", the fans' electronic signal notifies the host controller of decreased or zero cooling performance.
The MDE1225 series fan produces 95.4 CFM maximum air flow and is available in both 12 and 24 Vdc inputs. The use of precision ball bearings, careful lubrication and assembly techniques ensures that 90% or better of these fans will achieve their expected life.
