The new Sarcon GR-TD gap filler medium is a very-soft, highly-conformable, polyester-reinforced, thermal-interface material. The low-thermal-resistance composite construction is easy to die-cut and its tackiness is claimed to make assembly easy without using an adhesive. The product is available in both rolls and sheets.
