Linear InGaAs Array Sports 1,024 x 1 Resolution

Feb. 1, 2002

Created to meet the demands of DWDM optical quality monitoring, the ISC0007-GS1024 is reported as the industryÕs first InGaAs photodetector array with a 1,024 x 1 resolution. The device incorporates the companyÕs readout IC and µBias and Pixelect technologies, said to allow the elimination of temperature stabilization without performance loss.In addition to high resolution, the device is also said to be small in size and provides an extremely wide dynamic range, allowing DWDM sub-system manufacturers the ability to combine multiple optical-quality measurements into single instruments. In addition, the ISC0007-GS1024 is available in standard packages, unpackaged or custom packages. INDIGO SYSTEMS CORP., Santa Barbara, CA. (805) 964-9797.
