Designed for low-cost wireless applications, the Z86L972, 973 and 974 microcontrollers provide ROM sizes of 4 KB, 8 KB and 16 KB, respectively. The devices integrate three advanced counter/timers and two independent analog comparators. Operating over a power-supply range from 2.3 to 5V, they require 80 mA of control current.
