GPIB Counter/Timer Incorporates TXCO

The Model 2201, 255 MHz GPIB universal counter/timer incorporates a temperature controlled crystal oscillator that provides an internal oscillator stability of 1 ppm. Suited for laboratory and test applications, the timer/counter comes with a VXI plug-and-play install disk and LabVIEW and LabWindows CVI drivers. Standard automatic measurement functions include frequency, period, time interval, time-interval delay, pulse width, phase, total, and peak-to-peak voltage.
