Environmentally sealed to keep out the elements and contaminants, the WT series toggle switches offer ratings of 10A at 125 Vac and 6A at 250 Vac or 10A at 30 Vdc. The switches conform to IP67 and IP60 of IEC60529 standards and employ a unique switching mechanism for breaking light welds, which qualifies them to IEC 61058 (UL 61058-1). Minimal contact bounce is achieved with a special interlocking switch mechanism, and an anti-jamming design protects contacts from damage due to excessive downward force on the actuator. Available in single- and double-pole, momentary or maintained, and in six circuit configurations, threaded bushings are 12 mm for standard panel mounting. Other features include a mechanical life of 50,000 operations minimum for maintained circuits and 30,000 operations minimum for momentary circuits, electrical life of 15,000 operations minimum for all configurations, dielectric strength of 1.5 kVac, and an operating temperature range from -30°C to +70°C.
