Offering what may be the industry’s widest range of wire-bondable components, the WBC line consists of eight series of resistors, network arrays, capacitors, multi-tap chip resistors, and divider networks on both silicon and ceramic. The WBA series TaNFilm ceramic resistors provide resistance values from 10Ω to 20 kΩ and the WBC series TaNSil resistors offer a resistance range from 10Ω to 1 MΩ and TRC tracking to ±2 ppm/°C. The WBC-CR series Chromaxx silicon resistors range from 1.01 MΩ to 2 MΩ with absolute tolerances to ±1%, absolute TCRs to ±100 ppm/°C, and TRC tracking to ±5ppm/°C. WBC-Divider series TaNSil voltage-divider networks deliver a resistance range of from 10Ω to 1 MΩ and TRC tracking to ±2 ppm/°C while the WBD-NET series TaNSil resistor network arrays come with a range from 10Ω to 2.5 MΩ. The WBC-CAP TaNCap wire bondable chip capacitors offer a capacitance range from 10 pF to 1,000 pF and absolute tolerances to ±0.5%. TaNSil chip resistors and capacitor circuits in the WBC-RC series feature a capacitance range from 47 pF to 80 pF and resistance range from 33Ω to 100Ω with absolute resistor tolerances to ±10% and absolute capacitance tolerances to ±20%. Lastly, the WBC-Multi-tap series TaNSil multi-tap, chip-resistor networks sport a resistance range from 100? to 80 k? with absolute tolerances to ±5%. Prices across the entire WBC series range from $0.80 to $5 each/1,000. IRC INC., Corpus Christi, TX. (361) 992-7900.
