The AD511x series single-channel digital potentiometers provide a range of resolution, interface, and resistance options. As per the company, the devices are low power, easy to use, and offer tight resistance tolerances, high current density, and faster nonvolatile memory than comparable devices. The series consists of the AD5110, AD5111, AD5112, AD5113, AD5114, AD5115, and AD5116. Depending on the device, features include single channel, 128-/64-/32-tap digital potentiometers, 5 k?, 10 k?, and 80 k? nominal resistance, I2C, up/down, and push-button interfaces, maximum nominal resistance tolerance of ±8%, temperature coefficient of 5 ppm/°C, an operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C, and a typical power consumption of 750 nA.
