Primed for apps requiring bulk capacitance to boost transmitter power, i.e., in solid-state drives, PCMCIA/USB wireless express cards, smart meters, etc., PulseCap tantalum capacitors are available in case sizes of “6” (14.5 mm x 7.5 mm x 2 mm) and “4” (7.3 mm x 6.1 mm x 2 mm) and capacitance values from 1,000 μF to 3,300 μF with voltage ratings from 4V to 10V. Maximum case height is 2 mm. Additionally, the components are RoHS compatible and capable of withstanding a soldering profile of 3x reflow at 260°C.
