The AV-Series 0805-size temperature variable attenuators operate at frequencies up to 3 GHz and are available in 1 dB to 10 dB attenuation with nine different temperature characteristics from N1 to N9. RoHS-compliant terminals feature a nickel barrier layer for better solder leach resistance. Applications include power amplifiers, LNAs, transceiver modules, synthesizers, WIMax/Wi-Fi, and fixed and mobile satellite radio and test and measurement instrumentation. IMS, Portsmouth, R.I.
