Thin Film Chip Resistors Operate At 215°C

Optimized for high-temperature environments, the RMKHT wire-bondable, thin-film chip resistors and resistor networks feature an operating temperature range from -55 °C to +215°C with a maximum storage temperature to +230°C. The components feature a load life stability of 0.5% after 1,000 hours at +215°C and a typical TCR of 25 ppm/°C with available tolerances down to 0.05 %. Typical tracking TCR for the resistor networks is 2 ppm/°C with a ratio tolerance as low as 0.02 %. Sporting a 0.4-mm height profile, resistance values range from 10? to 6 M?, depending on series, and power ratings range from 5 mW to 100 mW or 10 mW per resistor element for the resistor networks. Pricing ranges from $2 to $5 per piece for die chips and from $2.70 to $9 for die networks. VISHAY INTERTECHNOLOGY, INC., Malvern, PA. (619) 336-0860.
