Offering a turn-key solution for applications requiring input to output isolation, the EW series dc/dc converters provide three input ranges with five output voltage combinations. Input ranges are 9 to 18 Vdc, 18 to 36 Vdc, and 36 to 75 Vdc and output voltage options are 2.5, 3.3, 5, 12 and 15 Vdc. The input to output isolation is 1.5 kVdc. All EW components are housed in a five sided shielded metal enclosure measuring 1.25" x 0.8" x 0.4". Other features include an operating temperature range from -40°C to +90ºC, a switching frequency of 400 kHz, efficiencies as high as 87%, output noise as low as 50 mVp-p, an output voltage accuracy of ±0.6%, line and load regulation of ±0.3% and ±0.5%, respectively, and a temperature coefficient of ±3%.
