The Traco Power TEN50 Series of high-density dc-dc converters boost efficiency up to 92% and offer remote on/off and output trim functionality. Developed by PowerGate LLC, the family of 12 models offers a 2:1 wide input range of 9 to 18, 18 to 36, and 36 to 7 V dc, and outputs of 3.3, 5, 12, and 15 V dc. Each member features tightly regulated outputs, 1500 V dc isolation, and a -40 to +85°C operating temperature range. Thanks to their 2.00- by 1.00- by 0.40-inch footprint, the converters will find homes in mobile equipment, instrumentation, and distributed power architectures in the communication and industrial markets.
