Heeding the call for higher capacity and longer lasting lithium manganese dioxide cylindrical hybrid cells for automatic meter readers, security devices, and RF applications, the CR17450 and CR17335 embark as the company's next generation of hybrid cells with an operational life of more than 10 years. Both offer an 8% to 9% higher capacity than previous generations while maintaining industry-standard sizes. The cells are laser sealed with improved rate capability and a temperature range from -40°C to +80°C and a heatproof temperature of +90°C to +100°C. The CR17450 has a typical capacity of 2,600 mAh while the CR17335 has a capacity of 1,750 mAh, both delivering an output voltage of 3V. The CR17450 measures 17 mm in diameter, 45 mm in length, and weighs 22g, and the CR17335 exhibits a diameter of 17 mm, 33.5-mm length, and weighs 16g. Sample price is approximately $5. MAXELL CORP.
