The 100-V-rated IRF7495 and 80-V-rated IRF7493 N-channel MOSFETs are optimized for isolated full- or half-bridge topology dc-dc converters used in 48-V networking or telecom systems. Both have very low device on-resistance ratings and very low gate-to-drain charge, suiting them for converter switching frequencies up to 500 kHz. They can be used to reduce overall power loss in 150-W active-ORing applications by up to 90% compared with standard diode implementations. Both go for $0.57 each in lots of 10,000.
